Please carefully review the building restrictions and

Architectural Review Guidelines and Procedures as well as the
CC&R's and Bylaws before making any changes to your home.
Architectural Review Board: This committee will receive
requests from homeowners about improvements and/or renovations on
the exterior of the home. Using the guidelines set out by the
homeowners association rules, decisions will be made to maintain the
high standards of our community.
The Architectural Review Board
is made up of the following members:

the architectural control forms. You will need to submit this
form and obtain approval anytime you make changes or additions to
the exterior of your property. This includes, but is not
limited to sheds, fences, pools, painting, side walk changes,
external additions or modifications, etc.
